Position: Client Services Executive
Department: Client Services Department

Requirement:
- DSE / Higher diploma with 1 -2 years client service and / or business development experience.
- Will consider hiring as Senior/ Assistant Client Services Manager if with more related experience.
- Good writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and ideally Putonghua.
- Outgoing, client focused and with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- An interest in wine and wine qualifications would be an advantage but is not essential.


Job Duty:
- To ensure the delivery of quality services to clients.
- Greet and converse with students before and after classroom courses.
- Manage correspondence with current and prospective students.
- Assist with exam registration process, and process exam papers in line with company policy and procedure.
- Process enquiries to ensure that queries or complaints are resolved and processed promptly and completely, and that enrolment enquiries are converted into sales.
- Deliver updated information about courses, pathways, events and Sales and Marketing initiatives to current and prospective students, including programs provided for AWSEC Club members.
- Assist Administration and HR Department in compiling feedback and information from students in terms of quality assurance and ideas for improvement of products and services.
- Support when needed AWSEC overseas branches on course enquiries and administration.
- Undertake tasks as required by Senior Management Team
