This exam revision session will focus on preparing students’ WSET Level 3 Award in Wines examination.  The class will focus on exam techniques for both the theory and tasting part of the exam.

Systematic way to learn about Sake – the Japanese alcoholic beverage which is now on the rise in the international drinks market.

This fascinating and diverse beverage category is as interesting and complex to study as any wine or spirit and will enhance knowledge of the world of alcoholic beverages available to consumers. Students attending this course will learn about the various production methods and their impact on style, quality and price of Sake. Students will also taste a wide range of styles, many of which are rarely available outside of Japan to reinforce their learning, build their tasting skills and ability to assess Sake.

This is a specialist qualification open to those who has completed Level 3 Award in Wines where detailed knowledge is combined with commercial factors and a thorough system for the professional evaluation of wines. The Diploma is recommended by the Institute of Masters of Wine for candidates wishing to pursue membership. Courses and examinations are offered by AWSEC Hong Kong.
