At AWSEC, we strive to provide you with a consistently excellent level of service. There may, however, be occasions where we fall short of your expectations. Where you feel this is the case, we would appreciate it if you could let us know so that we can continuously improve our level of service and, where appropriate, make things right.
AWSEC has a policy of dealing with all complaints impartially and efficiently.
Please note that, whilst anonymous complaints will be reviewed, we will not be able to fully investigate complaints without identifiable contact details.
If you wish to make a complaint, you can either send an email to learningsupport@awsec.com or call us on (+852) 2837 9100
Appeals
If the response you receive after a complaint is made does not meet your expectations, you can send an email to learningsupport@awsec.com - highlighting that this is an appeal against the outcome of a complaint - and the matter will be escalated in accordance with AWSEC’s complaints policy.
If your complaint relates to a course and/or exam from an awarding body for which AWSEC delivers courses and/or exams and you feel that the response to your complaint does not meet your expectations even after an appeal, you may be referred to the awarding body but only after all efforts towards a resolution with AWSEC have not been successful.
