INTRODUCTION

L’Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux (The Bordeaux Wine School) was created by the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux (“CIVB”) in 1990 with the aim of bringing a better understanding of Bordeaux wines to professionals and enthusiasts. It sets the groundwork for all wine lovers to explore their own ways of enjoying the huge variety of Bordeaux wines, tasting the joyful moment and the different sensations brought by the wide range of wines from this region.

AWSEC has been selected by the CIVB to offer The Bordeaux Wine School programmes in Asia following rigorous training and examinations in Bordeaux.

Our programmes are designed to allow students to find their own way around the vast range of Bordeaux wines and to identify and communicate the tastes and sensations they experience. Participants of the programmes will receive an official certificate issued by L’Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux upon confirmation of attendance.
