Introductory Professional Sommelier

COURSE INFORMATION
This 4.5-hour introductory course is conducted by an advanced sommelier and covers the following:
- Table service knowledge
- Making appropriate food and wine pairing recommendations
- Up-selling skills
- Blind tasting techniques, including tasting of 7 specially selected wines
No exam needed on this course.
