Australian Region: Hunter Valley is one of the topics in Australia Wine Discovered courses which are exclusively offered by AWSEC in Hong Kong. Hunter Valley is one of the oldest wine producing regions in Australia, and it remains a star of the Australian wine community until today. The region is warm and humid, producing some world class Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz. It is also one of the regions which still have some of the oldest vine in the world.
