Education is one of the most important ways we can have access, we or our children, to a better world. Investing in education is one of the wisest things humanity can do. These are indisputable facts. Therefore, it is also an indisputable fact that the wine world is a better place now than it was twenty years ago, since AWSEC decided to put its mark in the global wine education scene.

I’m extremely happy to congratulate AWSEC for such an outstanding business development. AWSEC has been a key partner of the Spanish Trade Commission in our own mission to foster Spanish wine awareness in Hong kong; from 2009 the Spanish wine import to Hong Kong has more than tripled. We’re happy with the results but we are also committed to keep working on our mission. I’m sure the Spanish wine history in Hong Kong will be a happy one, and I’m also sure that AWSEC will walk next to us.
HEPO’s first contact with AWSEC was two years ago, for a presentation of Greek wines during Vinexpo Asia Pacific. The next year, it was a road show tasting in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong. I was surprised by this rare as well as successful blend of professionalism, accuracy, efficiency and friendly collaboration everybody in AWSEC showed to whatever we asked. Congratulations for the award and my best wishes for your anniversary and a continuity plenty of success.
Thanks to AWSEC for being one of the most valuable French Wines advocates for the last 20 years in Hong Kong and all around Asia. Happy 20th Anniversary!
